To determine what your municipality thinks your property is worth, divide your assessment by the Residential Assessment Ratio provided from the available tables.

For Example: If your home has an assessment of $100,000 and is located in the Town of New Castle, divide the assessment by 17.52%; the residential assessment ratio from the table below. So, the Town of New Castle thinks your home is worth $570,776.
